For more than 30 years, Ian has worked in organisational strategy, talent acquisition and human resources consulting, helping grow businesses by developing world-class teams.

He spent 15 years working internationally, building an 800-strong employee infrastructure across 12 countries with the world’s largest specialist staffing company.

As an executive member of the Global Steering Committee, he was responsible for strategic direction and organisational effectiveness, including the development of succession planning, leadership and mentoring programmes.
