Well that was certainly one of the more interesting 18 months of my personal business career navigating through the challenges thrown up by Covid -19 the first ever global pandemic I, like many, have ever experienced.
Like everything though whilst it interrupted a lot of business momentum it also offered a rare period of reflection for us to reset and reposition the business and its been exciting to launch our new Sevargi Consulting website with a new look and feel. Our focus will be to support businesses move forward post Covid -19 and take advantage of the many opportunities available to take market share and grow.
In recent weeks I have been reconnecting with many people I have previously enjoyed working with and look forward to contacting many more in the coming weeks. It’s great to be back involved leading the business from the front and back doing what I have always enjoyed the most, helping businesses establish strong infrastructure, advising on improved performance management and my real passion, mentoring and coaching individuals and teams.
