Culture of a High Growth Company. Why it matters?

Never before has the culture of your company been so important when it comes to attracting, hiring and retaining the very best talent.  But how do you define, shape and if required change your culture?  More importantly is the culture of your company something you are working to maintain and improve every day?

Like most things in business it begins with the tone and example set by your Senior Leadership and Management teams.  Get this right through tailored mentoring and coaching programmes and typically everything else falls into place relatively simply as your sales teams fully appreciate and understand the standards required.

Numerous factors determine culture but always start with working with people with high integrity and a willingness to listen and learn.  This needs to be an important part of the hiring process and requires good judgement, another critical component that shapes your company culture.  Great culture supports a great business and its ability to grow.
